Production and Turnaround Estimates: All stated production and turnaround times are estimates provided for convenience and are not guaranteed deadlines. Production timelines commence only upon final proof approval and receipt of full payment. A-List Printing LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by production delays, third-party carrier shipping delays, or technical lag in the artwork approval process.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A-List Printing LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. A-List Printing LLC is not responsible for any financial losses or business interruptions caused by production delays, technical errors, or shipping inconsistencies outside of our immediate control.
