Standard production begins the business day after your order is officially approved. Orders approved after our 5:00 PM EST cut-off will be processed on the following business day.

Critical Requirement

Expedited production is available for time-sensitive projects. Availability depends on current volume and product complexity. A rush surcharge applies to all expedited orders.

Expedited processing is available for tight deadlines. Select Priority at checkout for guaranteed finish dates.
Important: Rush files must be approved by 10 AM EST to enter that day’s production queue.

We process orders Mon - Fri, excluding holidays.
Daily cut-off is 12:00 PM EST. Files approved after this start the clock on the following business day.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order is dispatched. Log in to your account dashboard to monitor your project's current stage from preflight to finish.
Local Pickup Guidelines
Save on shipping costs by collecting your order directly from our fulfillment center. Please wait for the official "Ready for Pickup" notification before traveling to our location.

Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all collections.
- Order number or confirmation email must be presented at the counter.
- Orders are held for a maximum of 14 business days from completion.
- Unclaimed orders after 14 days may be recycled without a refund.
Order Tracking & Status
Real-time updates keep you informed from pre-press to arrival. Once your project passes final inspection and is scanned for dispatch, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your carrier tracking details or local pickup schedule.
Important Note: Tracking information typically becomes active and searchable 24 hours after the shipment has been scanned by the carrier or picked up from our facility.
